1. Delivery Services

1.1 EU mainland:

Same day despatch on orders received 09:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.  Orders received after this time will be processed during the next working day.  Orders from outside the EU mainland will take longer.

1.2 'Out of Hours' Orders

Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday in the Netherlands will be processed during the next working day.

1.3 Place of shipping

All orders are picked and despatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

1.4 Delivery Charges

Delivery is free over the free delivery limit.  If the order value is below the free delivery limit, charges are calculated by weight and country, and are calculated at checkout.
