We aim to respond to all queries within 24-48 hours, but it may take longer during busier periods. Please note that this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. Although our shipping is usually much faster, we understand that there may be postal delays during busier periods. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, then please get in touch with our customer service team via email at filtersales@doulton.com and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

Due to our speedy order packing & delivery service, we have a very small window to update order information. If you notice that you have used the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes of your order being placed. We always advise checking your details carefully before placing your order, but understand that this can sometimes happen. Please email us at filtersales@doulton.com or call 0333 340 3600.

Our customer service team are available Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm GMT. If you submit an enquiry at the weekend or on a bank holidays, then our team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next working day.

We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged or incomplete. The best thing to do it email our customer service team as soon as possible at filtersales@doulton.com, and we will help to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
