Installation Instructions

When I replace my water filter and pre-filter cartridge in my HIP DUO or TRIO, can I choose a different pre-filter from the one I had before?

Certainly! When replacing the filters in your HIP filter system, you can also switch out the pre-filter. Depending on your needs, you can select from pre-filters designed to target Limescale, Chlorine, Fluoride, Sediment, or Nitrate.

When I replace my water filter and pre-filter cartridge in my HIP DUO or TRIO Undercounter system, will I have to replace the housing?

No, when you replace your pre-filter cartridge and ceramic water filter you will only have to change the filters.
