State Restrictions and Products Available for Sale
Certain restrictions apply to the sale and marketing of Doulton® and British Berkefeld® water filters in the states of Iowa and Wisconsin. In these states, under the Doulton® brand name, only the Doulton® HIP/Ultracarb® Inline, Doulton® and Doulton® Ultracarb® elements have been tested and certified for sale.
In these states the following filtration claims are made for these products:

| Chlorine taste and odour (2ppm): | 94.2% |
| Lead (150 ppb): | 97.3% |

No Doulton Water Filter Products are available for sale in California.
