Check the Name: Look for the filter name on the side of your ceramic filter: Biotect Ultra, Biotect Ultra SI, Ultra Sterasyl or Ultra Fluoride are some of our most popular ones.
Find the Code: Alongside the name, you may also see a unique 4-digit code. This is the filter’s identification number and will help to ensure you get the right replacement.
Some new filter caps may also have a QR code on, which you can scan to find more information.

Are Doulton filters compatible with British Berkefeld systems?
No, you cannot use Doulton ceramic filters with British Berkfeld systems. Doulton's range of filter systems are designed specifically for Doulton-branded filters. For British Berkfeld, the Doulton filters cannot be fixed into the gravity-fed system type.
