Will the British Berkefeld sleeve fit my system?
The sleeve is made specifically to fit our popular 8.5 Litre British Berkefeld Gravity System. While it won’t fit other sizes of our British Berkefeld system it may fit other branded systems – please check the size specifications in comparison to your system for compatibility.
Is the British Berkefeld sleeve an all-in-one?
No, the sleeve comes in two separate parts designed to fit the 8.5 Litre British Berkefeld Gravity System perfectly – one sleeve for the top and the other for the bottom, shaped to fit around the built-in tap.
Can the sleeve be removed once it’s been put on?
Yes, the sleeve has a slight stretch which makes it easier to be applied and taken off your system as many times as you need.
Is the gravity filter sleeve suitable for outdoor use?
The sleeve can be taken with you for use on your gravity filter wherever you are. Though suitable for use outdoors whatever the weather, we advise against long-term outdoor use and, in the event it gets wet, that the sleeve is thoroughly dried before storing or using indoors.
Is the sleeve washable?
Our sleeve is hand-washable in mild detergent, and we advise air drying it out of direct sunlight to avoid any decline in material performance.
Are any other colours available?
We currently have three colour options available, designed for modern living―sage green, anthracite grey, and camo print. Our in-house product development team is always working to advance our technology and improve product offering, so if there’s a colour you’d love to have in your home, please let us know!
