No. Doulton rewards are linked to the email address used to make your purchase, so even if you checkout as guest you will still earn rewards points.
You can earn rewards in a few ways. First, place an order on our website and earn points on your purchase. (Excluding shipping costs) The second way to earn points is to complete missions; you can see what missions are available here.

Missions are another way to earn points, each month there will be new missions to complete, this could be taking part in a poll or quiz, interacting with us on social media or sending photos or videos of your product.
To redeem your points for rewards, login on the Doulton Rewards Page here and select from the rewards available to redeem your points against. You can choose from money-off vouchers or free products. Once you have confirmed your selection, you’ll receive an email with a unique code. Add your products to the basket, then add your discount code. If you have chosen a free product, add this to your basket before applying your code.
Yes, rewards do expire; please check your account if you have rewards to see expiry details.
Only one reward code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers.
Please allow for up to 14-days for your points to be added to your account. If after 14 days, you still haven't received your points, please contact our customer service team, and they can investigate this for you. Please note that you won’t receive points on refunded orders.
