Retourbeleid
- Het retourneren van een product waarover u van gedachten bent veranderd
We hopen dat u blij zult zijn met uw aankoop, maar als u van gedachten verandert, kunt u ongewenste artikelen tot 14 dagen na uw leverdatum retourneren.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een volledige terugbetaling, moeten items:
- Wees ongebruikt en in originele staat, met alle originele verpakkingen, tags en labels intact.
- Voltooi onze Retourneert formulier.
Zodra de producten kwaliteitscontrole zijn, wordt uw terugbetaling verwerkt binnen 3-5 werkdagen nadat u ons magazijn heeft bereikt met dezelfde methode die u hebt betaald. Verzending wordt niet terugbetaald, als u gratis verzending ontvangt met uw bestelling, wordt u £ 6,67 afgetrokken.
Houd er rekening mee dat uw annuleringsrecht niet van toepassing is in het geval van:
- Elke made-to-maat of op maat gemaakte producten.
- Alle verzegelde producten zodra het zegel is verbroken.
U bent verantwoordelijk voor de kosten voor het retourneren van items waar je van gedachten bent veranderd. Zorg ervoor dat u uw terugkeer voldoende verpakt om schade te voorkomen, aangezien de goederen uw verantwoordelijkheid zijn totdat ze ons magazijn bereiken.
Informeer ons via onze producten via onze producten Contact Formulier of email filtersales@doulton.com. Vermeld uw naam, adres en bestelnummer om ons te helpen uw aankoop te identificeren.
Ons beleid voor retouren en terugbetalingen is in overeenstemming met uw wettelijke recht om te annuleren. Zie hieronder voor meer informatie over wat te doen als u defecte producten ontvangt.
- Het retourneren van een foutief product
Al onze producten worden zorgvuldig gecontroleerd voordat ze worden verzonden, maar helaas kunnen ze soms een fout ontwikkelen.
Neem in eerste instantie contact met ons op, want er kunnen iets zijn dat we kunnen doen om te helpen, ons op de hoogte te stellen via filtersales@doulton.com van uw probleem en we zullen ons best doen om het probleem op te lossen.
Als we niets kunnen doen, stuur dan uw product terug Doulton Water Filters, Lymedale Cross, Lower Milehouse Lane, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 9BT.
Na ontvangst van het defecte product bieden we u een vervanging of terugbetaling. In beide gevallen zullen we eventuele toepasselijke bezorgkosten en alle redelijke kosten die u oplevert vergoedt om de foutieve producten aan ons te retourneren - het bewijs van uw betaling van dergelijke kosten is vereist.
Als u een vervangingsproduct kiest, leveren we dit vrij van eventuele bezorgkosten. U hebt nog 14 dagen na de dag waarop u het vervangingsproduct van ons ontvangt om van gedachten te veranderen en het vervangingsproduct terug te geven voor een terugbetaling, in overeenstemming met de bovenstaande voorwaarden.
Als u een terugbetaling kiest, zullen we de prijs van het defecte product (en) volledig terugbetalen. We zullen u terugbetalen op de creditcard of betaalpas die door u wordt gebruikt om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst door ons van het geretourneerde product te betalen.
- Producten die zijn beschadigd
Alle producten laten ons echter in perfecte staat achter in de ongelukkige situatie waarin een product is beschadigd, laat ons dan binnen 24 uur op de hoogte stellen en stuur ons foto's van de gebroken producten naar filtersales@doulton.com

fragmentation in the process and giving rise to the creation of microplastics. Plastics were designed to be strong and durable, so it’s not surprising it is one of the most persistent pollutants on Earth. Something as small as a plastic bottle can take more than 400 years to break down. In the UK for example, 38.5m plastic bottles are used every day – only just over half make it to recycling, while more than 16m are put into landfill, burnt or leak into the environment and oceans each day. Let’s face the truth about the global surge in plastic pollution; it primarily stems from human activities.
The world is currently grappling with a severe plastic pollution crisis, as millions of tons of plastic make their way into Earth's
oceans every year. Once introduced into the ocean, plastics can persist for hundreds to even thousands of years, undergoing gradual fragmentation and ultimately producing microplastics. This enduring presence is unsurprising, given that plastics were originally designed for their strength and durability. Even something as small as a plastic bottle can take more than 400 years to fully decompose.
To illustrate the scale of the issue, consider the example of the UK, where a staggering 38.5 million plastic bottles are used daily. Unfortunately, only slightly over half of these bottles are directed towards recycling, while more than 16 million are either disposed of in landfills, incinerated, or end up leaking into the environment and oceans on a daily basis.
It's imperative that we confront the undeniable truth about the global surge in plastic pollution: it primarily arises from human
activities. Reducing plastic bottle pollution in the oceans is an important environmental goal that requires individual and collective efforts.
Here are some actions you can take to help mitigate this issue:
Stop using disposable plastics
Ninety percent of the plastic items in our daily lives are
used once and then chucked: grocery bags, plastic wrap, disposable cutlery, straws, coffee-cup lids. Take note of how often you rely on these products and replace them with reusable versions.
Stop buying water
Each year, close to 20 billion plastic bottles are tossed in the trash. Carry a reusable bottle in your bag, and you’ll never be caught having to resort to a Volvic or Evian again. If you’re nervous about the quality of your local tap water, look for a model with a built-in filter.
Educate yourself and others
Educate yourself and others about the environmental impact of disposable plastics. Understand how they contribute to pollution, harm wildlife, and contribute to climate change. Knowing the problem is the first step to finding a solution.
