Is the Doulton shower head water filter compatible with my shower?

All of our shower heads are designed to screw into most shower systems. If you have any queries or concerns about compatibility please get in touch with our customer services team at filtersales@doulton.com

How do I attach the Doulton shower head water filter to my shower?

To attach to your existing shower, simply remove the old shower head and then screw in your new Doulton shower head to the shower hose.

How do I replace the shower head filter?

The 4 pack of replacement shower head filters for your metal finish shower head comes complete with instructions on the box to change the filter. You simply unscrew the head from the handle part of the shower head, replace the push-fit filter and then reassemble the shower head.

I live on my own, how long will the filter last for?

Our shower head water filter lasts approximately two months in a typical household of four. Filter lifespan will vary depending on occupancy, frequency of use and the quality of your tap water and therefore how quickly contaminants build up within the filter. How long your shower head filter lasts will vary from house to house, but we’d advise not leaving it any longer than three months to replace your filter.

To make sure you order the correct filter replacements for the metal finish shower heads, you can sign up for our subscription service, but please ensure that you choose the correct 4 pack filter replacements when subscribing.
